Dilovası Municipality signs 3.48 billion lira industrial project contract

Dilovası Municipality has signed a contract with İNTAYA İNTES İnşaat Taahhüt Yatırım Tic. A. Ş. to begin the Small Industrial Site Project in the Demirciler neighborhood. The project, valued at over 3.48 billion lira, will be developed using a construction in return for land model on municipal plots.

The development is expected to consist of 152 independent units. The project aims to strengthen the local economy, organize production and trade areas, and create new employment and investment opportunities within the district. Dilovası Mayor Ramazan Ömeroğlu described the initiative as one of the largest tenders in the history of the district and a key indicator of the municipality's economic vision.
