Diluvio de Santander named finalist in Spanish Potato Omelette Championship
The XIX Spanish Potato Omelette Championship – Tescoma Trophy will be held on October 4 at IFA. The competition aims to determine the best potato omelette in Spain.
Among the finalists is Álvaro Capiruchipi from Diluvio de Santander. Other finalists include representatives from various regions such as A Coruña, Madrid, Bilbao, and Alicante. A diverse jury of culinary experts and journalists will judge the entries.
