DIMAND partners with Greece Sotheby’s for FIX Residences sales

DIMAND has appointed Greece Sotheby’s International Realty as the exclusive commercial partner for the sale of FIX Residences. The project involves the redevelopment of the historic FIX brewery, a 140-year-old industrial landmark located at the western entrance of Thessaloniki.

Based on a masterplan by Foster + Partners, the redevelopment will restore three historic buildings and construct two new bioclimatic buildings. The new structures will feature brick facades, domed roofs, and industrial-style windows to maintain the site's architectural identity. The development aims to create a modern urban destination where residential living, culture, and hospitality coexist.

The FIX Residences will be marketed to both Greek and international buyers through the global Sotheby’s International Realty network. DIMAND CEO Dimitris Andriopoulos stated that the goal is to breathe new life into the historic space while respecting its character and identity.
