Dimaxion Labs uses AI to optimize agricultural production

Dimaxion Labs, an Argentine company part of GDM, is utilizing artificial intelligence and data science to transform agricultural production. Led by CEO Nicolás García Dutriez, the firm employs a team of 20 professionals working across Argentina, Brazil, and the United States.

The company provides data solutions to help genetics, input, and machinery firms optimize product selection and positioning based on specific environments and regions. By utilizing tools such as drones, computer vision, and automated trial analysis, Dimaxion Labs assists clients in transforming agronomic data into actionable tools for research, development, and decision-making.

According to García Dutriez, AI allows for the scaling and efficient execution of processes that were previously difficult to manage. The technology is currently being applied to assist seed companies in the United States with product evaluation and positioning, as well as providing solutions for major global agricultural machinery companies.
