Dimitris Kokotas memorial services held across two days

Two separate memorial services were held over a single weekend to honor the memory of Greek artist Dimitris Kokotas, who passed away on August 25 following a heart attack.

The first service, a 40-day memorial, was organized by his widow, Katerina Petrakis, at the Panagia Eleousa church in Agia Varvara on Saturday. This ceremony was attended by his sister, Elli Kokota, and her daughter, Anny Potamianos, among other friends and relatives.

A second memorial service took place on Sunday morning at the Metamorfosi tou Soteros in Kefalari. This second event was organized by his sister, Elli Kokota, and was attended by various members of the Potamianos and Laimou families, as well as several prominent social figures and childhood friends of the deceased.
