Dinamo 1948 SA to hold shareholder meeting to restructure ownership

SC Dinamo 1948 SA is scheduled to hold an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on September 1 to finalize significant changes to the club's ownership structure. The meeting follows a capital increase process that involves converting approximately 82 million lei in loans into social capital.

As a result of these changes, the association controlled by Nicolae Badea, ACS FC Dinamo, is expected to see its stake drop drastically from 7.03% to approximately 0.035% if it does not exercise its preferential rights. Conversely, the majority shareholder, Red&White 2022 Management, is positioned to consolidate its control, potentially increasing its share from 80.77% to over 88%.

Additionally, the Asociația Peluza Cătălin Hîldan is expected to maintain its 12.06% stake due to previous loans provided to the club. Dan Gătăianțu, Chairman of the Board of Directors, noted that the September meeting will confirm which shareholders exercised their rights and determine the fate of any unsubscribed shares.
