Dinamo București leads Romanian Superliga under Nuno Campos
Dinamo București currently leads the Romanian Superliga with 20 points after nine rounds, holding a two-point advantage over Rapid București. Former goalkeeper Bogdan Lobonț has expressed praise for the club's recent progress, stating that the team has moved to a “next level” following their recovery from financial insolvency issues.
Lobonț credited the foundation laid by former coach Zeljko Kopic while highlighting the impact of current Portuguese manager Nuno Campos. Under Campos, the team has maintained an impressive average of 2.30 points per match. The club is preparing for a significant upcoming match against Farul Constanța on September 20.
Additionally, club president Andrei Nicolescu indicated that the team intends to exercise an automatic contract extension option for player Karamoko to ensure he does not leave the club for free at the end of the season.
