Dinamo Zagreb nears signing of Uruguayan midfielder Lautaro Ultra

Dinamo Zagreb is reportedly finalizing the transfer of 19-year-old Uruguayan midfielder Lautaro Ultra from Oriental de La Paz. The clubs are currently exchanging the necessary documentation to complete the deal, and the player is expected to travel to Zagreb this weekend to join the squad.

Ultra, a central midfielder known for his preference for 'tiki-taka' style play and possession-based football, has already gained significant senior experience in the Uruguayan second division. He has been a key figure for Oriental de La Paz, accumulating over 1,300 minutes of play this season. His talent has also been recognized by the Uruguayan national team setup, where he was included in the U-20 squad's wider list by coach Diego Forlán.
