The initiative, managed by the Regional Office for Drinking Water and Sanitation of the South (OREPA-Sud), aims to improve water access and hydraulic infrastructure for more than 10,000 residents.

The project is funded by the World Bank and is scheduled to last 15 months. Execution has been assigned to a consortium consisting of BECAG, BECOCI, and ACoR, while technical supervision and project management are being handled by the United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS).
