Dino Merlin to hold three‑night stadium concert series in Sarajevo

Bosnian singer‑songwriter Dino Merlin will return to Sarajevo’s Koševo Stadium for three consecutive concerts on 31 July, 1 August and 2 August 2026. The shows mark his first stadium performances in eleven years and are being promoted as a “magical” event for the region.

Ahead of the concerts Merlin spoke at length about his difficult childhood – his father left when he was seven, his mother worked in a factory to support the family, and he grew up during the war. He described how those hardships shaped his music and said he feels a heightened responsibility to his audience, many of whom have followed his four‑decade career. He also presented a new song, “Zbog tebe”, which he dedicated to fans as a lasting memory of the three nights at Koševo.
