Dino Prižmić reaches Saint Tropez Challenger quarterfinals

Croatian tennis player Dino Prižmić has advanced to the quarterfinals of the ATP Challenger tournament in Saint Tropez, France. The 21-year-old, seeded fourth, defeated Spain's David Jordan Sanchis in straight sets with a score of 6-1, 7-6(5).

Despite a dominant first set, Prižmić faced challenges in the second set, failing to convert a service game at 5-4 and trailing 1-4 in the tie-break. He managed to recover, winning the tie-break to secure his place in the next round.

Another Croatian player, Borna Gojo, has also progressed past the first round. Gojo is scheduled to face the top seed, Frenchman Titouan Droguet, in the second round. Prižmić's quarterfinal opponent will be the winner of the match between Hugo Blanchet and Daniil Glinka.
