Diocese of Quilmes announces 50th anniversary celebrations

The Diocese of Quilmes has announced a series of commemorative events to celebrate its 50th anniversary, marking its golden jubilee. The celebrations, which honor the diocese's creation by Pope Paul VI, will take place throughout the month of September.

Key events include a diocesan pilgrimage to Luján on Sunday the 13th, featuring an Eucharist at the Sanctuary followed by a communal lunch. Additionally, a week of jubilee celebrations will be held across five deaneries, with specific commemorative masses scheduled from Monday the 14th through Friday the 18th to honor each decade of the diocese's history.
