Diocese of San Bartolomé de Chillán holds meeting on papal encyclical

Religious movements and communities within the Diocese of San Bartolomé de Chillán gathered at Casa Tabor to study and reflect on the papal encyclical ‘Magnifica humanitas’. The document addresses human dignity and the protection of the person in the face of developments in artificial intelligence.

The session included group work led by pastoral vicar Father Rodrigo Uribe, aimed at applying the encyclical's teachings to the mission of various communities. The event concluded with a Mass presided over by Bishop Andrés Ferrada Moreira, who emphasized the importance of active social presence and faithfulness to the faith.
