Diocese of Tivoli and Palestrina holds clergy formation event

The Diocese of Tivoli and Palestrina conducted a two-day formation program for its clergy on October 19 and 20 at the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Fatima in San Vittorino Romano. The event brought together priests and deacons to address contemporary challenges through the lenses of theology, philosophy, and psychology.

Academic contributors Pasquale Bua, Alessandro Ricci, and Tiziano Conti led sessions focusing on modern human complexities, educational challenges, and ministerial identity. The discussions emphasized the need to move beyond outdated evangelization models while maintaining fidelity to the Church's core mission.

A follow-up training session for lay faithful is scheduled for November 7 and 8, serving as a precursor to upcoming pastoral visits by the Bishop across various vicariates.
