Dion Drena Beljo leads European top scorers for 2026

Dinamo Zagreb striker Dion Drena Beljo has become the top scorer among players in Europe's top leagues for the 2026 calendar year. The 24-year-old has recorded 34 goals in 30 official matches since the start of the year.

Beljo's scoring rate currently surpasses that of Bayern Munich and England international Harry Kane, who has scored 31 goals in 31 matches during the same period. The gap widens significantly when compared to the third-ranked player, Aron Sigurðarson, who has 22 goals.

Following a prolific 2025/26 season where he scored 38 goals in 48 appearances, Beljo has maintained his momentum into the new campaign. In the first eight official matches of the 2026/27 season, he has already secured seven goals and five assists, including scoring against teams such as Thun, Slaven Belupo, Rudeš, Viking, and Varaždin.
