Dion Markx joins Persita Tangerang on loan from Persib Bandung

Defender Dion Markx has expressed his eagerness to contribute to Persita Tangerang for the 2026/2027 season. The 21-year-old joins the club on loan from Persib Bandung.

Persita Tangerang Manager Abdurahman stated that the club signed Markx due to his significant potential to strengthen the team’s central defense.

Born in Nijmegen, Netherlands, Markx developed through the Vitesse and NEC Nijmegen academies before beginning his professional career with TOP Oss in the Dutch Eerste Divisie. He recently completed his Indonesian naturalization process in London in February 2025, following his paternal lineage from Palembang, South Sumatra.
