Dionysis Filiotis honored by Hellenic Diabetes Association

The Hellenic Diabetes Association (EDE) has honored Dionysis Filiotis, President and CEO of Pharmaserve-Lilly, for his extensive contributions to the healthcare sector and the Greek pharmaceutical industry. The award ceremony took place in Rethymno, the city where Filiotis spent his youth.

Filiotis began his pharmaceutical career in 1964 after enrolling in the School of Pharmacy at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. His professional journey has been closely linked with Lilly since 1974. Key milestones include his initiative to found Pharmaserve in 1984 and the subsequent creation of Pharmaserve-Lilly in 1994. Under his leadership, the company established itself as a leading pharmaceutical entity in Greece, focusing on scientific innovation and patient access to modern treatments.

The recognition coincides with two significant anniversaries: 150 years since the founding of Lilly and 32 years since the establishment of Pharmaserve-Lilly.
