Directorate of Communications attends Konya Book Days

The Presidency Directorate of Communications is participating in the 13th Konya Book Days for the first time. Held at the Selçuklu Congress Center under the theme ‘You Are in Darkness on the Day You Do Not Read,’ the event features 116 publishing houses.

Dr. Zeynep Zelan, Head of the Press and Publications Department of the Directorate of Communications, reported high interest from visitors, particularly students. Due to the high demand, additional publications are being provided to meet the needs of the attendees.

The Directorate is showcasing approximately 230 publications produced in 13 categories and 16 different languages. These works cover topics such as media literacy, artificial intelligence, public diplomacy, strategic communication, disinformation, and social media guides for families and public employees. Notable titles include the 103-year-old ‘Ayın Tarihi’ magazine and the ‘Communication and Diplomacy Refereeing’ journal. Many of these resources are also available for free online via the Directorate’s official website.
