DIRECTV launches MySports Genre Pack with 30 live sports channels

DIRECTV introduced the MySports Genre Pack, a subscription that offers nearly 30 live sports channels including ESPN, FOX Sports, NBA TV, MLB Network, NFL Network, NHL Network and others. The package also provides access to ESPN Unlimited, adding additional ESPN networks and international sports leagues. New subscribers can try the service with a five‑day free trial and receive a promotional rate of $49.99 per month for the first two months, after which the price rises to $64.99. The pack includes unlimited cloud DVR storage for recording games, subject to a nine‑month expiry and blackout restrictions. The offer is limited to qualifying new users and varies by market.
