Disney and Gustaf Westman launch Mickey Mouse-inspired design collection

Disney and Swedish designer Gustaf Westman have announced an exclusive capsule collection that reimagines iconic Mickey Mouse elements through a playful, sculptural lens. The collaboration features a diverse range of products, including furniture, tableware, home decor, accessories, and ready-to-wear apparel.

Inspired by his visit to Disneyland Paris, Westman utilized Mickey Mouse’s signature round ears and primary color palette of red, yellow, and black to create unique pieces. Notable items include a Mickey-themed tumbler, black ceramic mugs, and a black leather armchair with an inflated design inspired by the character's silhouette.

A pop-up store in the Marais district of Paris will host the collection from October 30 to November 1. Following the Paris event, the showcase is scheduled to move to Tokyo and New York.
