Disney+ expands anime catalogue and launches major series slate for July 2026

Disney+ will add two new anime seasons in July 2026: the third season of Naruto becomes available on 8 July with both German dubbing and the original Japanese audio with subtitles, and the second season of Beyblade X follows on 20 July with a German dub. The service already hosts earlier seasons of both series.

The platform’s July schedule also features a broad range of new episodes and series returns, including the second season of Marvel’s X‑Men 97, the 22nd season of Grey’s Anatomy, fresh installments of 9‑1‑1 and The Bergretter, as well as documentaries on sharks and sports figures. Hulu, Disney’s partner, will debut titles such as Flex X Cop, Abandonados: Im Stich gelassen and Would You Marry Me.

On the Amazon‑Prime‑derived channel aniverse, July will see multiple anime‑related film releases, notably Naruto Shippuden: The Movie 5 – Blood Prison, Road to Ninja – Naruto the Movie, and the classic The Girl Who Leapt Through Time. These titles will be offered in German dubbing or original Japanese with subtitles.
