EPCOT undergoes renovations and announces upcoming seasonal festivals
EPCOT at Walt Disney World is undergoing several operational and seasonal changes. The Coral Reef Restaurant has closed for refurbishment and is expected to reopen in 2026. Within the Mexico Pavilion, the Oaxacan Wood Carving shop has permanently closed, and the Mariachi Cobre entertainment group has moved to an indoor location within the pyramid.
For the 2026 holiday season, the EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays will feature the Candlelight Processional at the America Gardens Theatre. The celebrity narrator lineup includes Robin Roberts, Jason Kelce, Lacey Chabert, and returning guests such as Whoopi Goldberg and Neil Patrick Harris. Dining packages offering guaranteed seating will be available.
Other upcoming events include the EPCOT International Festival of the Arts in early 2027 and the return of Jollywood Nights at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, which features exclusive experiences like Jazzy Holidays at The Hollywood Brown Derby.
