Disney announces Diamond Horseshoe pop-up menu and opening date

Disney has announced the opening date and full menu for a limited-time food and drink pop-up at The Diamond Horseshoe in Liberty Square at Magic Kingdom Park. The pop-up is scheduled to begin on October 4, with reservations becoming available starting September 29.

The menu features frontier-themed small plates and shareable items, including a charcuterie board with cured beef and smoked pork, glazed sticky ribs with cowboy beans, queso fundido with barbecue burnt ends, sweet golden corn fritters, and chipotle chicken tostadas.

Beverage options include specialty non-alcoholic drinks such as caramel root beer and orange cream soda, alongside cocktails like the High Plains Huckleberry and the Coal’d Fashioned. This pop-up follows the Jessie’s Roundup activation, which is set to conclude on September 8.
