Disney announces holiday programming and merchandise releases

Disney has announced several holiday-themed initiatives across its parks and retail divisions. Hong Kong Disneyland will host “A Disney Christmas” from November 20, 2026, to January 3, 2027, featuring a new winter market at the World of Frozen, seasonal concerts, and special New Year’s Eve celebrations.

At Walt Disney World, filming for the “Disney Parks Magical Christmas Day Parade” is scheduled for November 10 and 11, 2026. The taping of “Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmastime Parade” has already led to park pass reservations for Magic Kingdom selling out for November 11.

Retail expansions include new holiday collections at the Disney Store featuring Mickey Mouse and The Muppets, as well as a 20-piece children’s ski collection from a collaboration between Disney and Marc Jacobs. The Marc Jacobs collection is available online and at Disneyland Paris.
