Marvel series VisionQuest to premiere on Disney+ in October 2026

The Marvel Cinematic Universe miniseries ‘VisionQuest’ is scheduled to premiere on Disney+ in October 2026. The series, which serves as a follow-up to ‘WandaVision’, follows the character Vision as he seeks a new purpose after being rebooted. The plot involves Vision consulting various artificial intelligences within his programming, including J.A.R.V.I.S., F.R.I.D.A.Y., E.D.I.T.H., and Ultron, while fleeing from those attempting to use him as a weapon.

Paul Bettany returns as Vision, with James Spader reprising his role as Ultron. The cast also includes Ruaridh Mollica as Thomas Shepard, a mysterious young man who may be the reincarnation of Vision’s human son. The series is led by showrunner Terry Matalas.

Prior to its streaming debut, the first two episodes of the series will receive a special preview at the BFI London Film Festival on October 12, 2026. The festival presentation is expected to have a total running time of approximately 97 minutes.
