Disney+ Announces Season 2 Premiere of “Chad Powers” on September 3

The original Hulu comedy “Chad Powers” returns for a second season of six episodes, all of which will be released simultaneously on Disney+ on September 3. The series stars Glen Powell as Russ Holliday/Chad Powers, a college football star whose on‑field brilliance is shadowed by increasingly suspicious off‑field behavior. In the new episodes, Coach Hudson, Gerry and teammate Danny grapple with the risk that Russ’s false identity may be exposed, and they turn to Ricky for help in trying to guide the Catfish to the College Football Playoff.

Executive producers for the season include Glen Powell, Michael Waldron, Eli Manning, Peyton Manning, Jamie Horowitz, Ben Brown, Burke Magnus, Brian Lockhart, Craig Lazarus, Dan Cohen, Adam Fasullo and Luvh Rakhe. The show is produced by 20th Television in partnership with ESPN’s Omaha Productions and is available on Disney+ in Greece, Italy and other markets.
