Disney+ releases trailer for Chad Powers season 2
Disney+ has released the trailer and poster for the second season of the Hulu original comedy series ‘Chad Powers: Mariscal de Campo’. The six-episode season is scheduled to premiere on September 3 exclusively on Disney+ in Latin America.
The series stars Glen Powell in a dual role as Russ Holliday and his alter ego, Chad Powers. In the new season, Chad has become a college football superstar, but his eccentric behavior off the field is drawing suspicion from Coach Hudson and Gerry. As Russ Holliday’s secret identity faces the threat of exposure, he and Danny must navigate the season to lead the Catfish to the College Football Playoff, potentially requiring help from Ricky.
Based on the ‘Eli’s Places’ segment from ESPN and Omaha Productions, the series is a 20th Television production. Executive producers include Glen Powell, Michael Waldron, Eli Manning, Peyton Manning, Jamie Horowitz, and Ben Brown, among others.
