Disney celebrates Beauty and the Beast 35th anniversary with new merchandise and jewelry

To commemorate the 35th anniversary of the Disney animated film ‘Beauty and the Beast’, new collections of merchandise and jewelry are being released in Japan.

The Disney Store will launch a collection featuring watercolor-style artwork inspired by the film's book covers. The lineup includes home goods such as cushions, blankets, and jigsaw puzzles, as well as fashion items like tote bags and plush keychains. Specific character figures, including Cogsworth and Lumiere, will also be available. Pre-sales begin on October 27, 2026, at select Disney Store locations and the official online store, with general sales starting October 30, 2026.

Additionally, the jewelry brand Kuno is releasing the ‘Beauty in Bloom’ diamond necklace on November 6. The K18 yellow gold and platinum necklace features a single diamond design with subtle details inspired by Belle’s dress and the enchanted rose. The item is priced at 132,000 yen and will be available at Kuno stores and their official online shop.
