Disney+ expands content library and integrates Hulu programming

Disney+ is undergoing significant changes to its platform and content library. The integration of Hulu content into the Disney+ interface has expanded the variety of available programming, moving the service away from its original identity as a focused hub for family-oriented brands like Pixar, Marvel, and Star Wars. While this provides more entertainment options, it has also introduced increased complexity to the user experience.

In terms of content additions, the platform has recently added the 1997 Disney Channel Original Movie ‘Under Wraps’ to its library. This follows a trend of making classic material available to subscribers, alongside upcoming releases such as the live-action ‘Moana’ and developments for an animated ‘Artemis Fowl’ adaptation.
