Walt Disney World has expanded its Disney Dreamers Academy program into a year-round, multi-year experience. The initiative, which includes a partnership with the Boys & Girls Clubs, aims to provide mentorship and career exploration to help students pursue their professional goals.

In the inaugural class of 200 participants, 50 students from Miami-Dade County were selected. Other participants were chosen from Orlando, Atlanta, and Houston. A kickoff celebration was held at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Miami-Dade’s Hank Kline Club to mark the start of the program.
