Disney Experiences Chairman tours Walt Disney World construction projects

Thomas Mazloum, Chairman of Disney Experiences, recently toured several large-scale construction projects at Walt Disney World alongside Walt Disney Imagineers. The tour highlighted progress on multiple themed lands and resort developments.

Key projects currently under development include Monstropolis at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, Tropical Americas at Disney’s Animal Kingdom, and Piston Peak at Magic Kingdom. Piston Peak, located at the former site of Tom Sawyer Island and the Rivers of America, will bring the world of Pixar’s Cars to life with attractions such as Cars Ridge Rally and Miss Fritter’s Daredevil Spin-Along.

Additionally, work is advancing on Disney’s Lakeshore Lodge, as well as updates at Disney’s BoardWalk, Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort, and Disney’s Yacht Club Resort. Recent visual updates also provided a look at the facade for Indiana Jones and the Myth of the Jade Serpent.
