Disney+ announces second seasons for ‘Adults’ and ‘Chad Powers’

Disney+ has announced upcoming second seasons for two of its comedy series, ‘Adults’ and ‘Chad Powers’.

‘Adults’, an FX original comedy following a group of twenty-somethings in New York, will return with eight episodes. The new season is scheduled to premiere on August 27 or 28 in various regions, including Latin America and Australia, with an Italian release set for September 30. The series features a cast including Malik Elassal and Lucy Freyer, with guest appearances by Gaten Matarazzo and Zosia Mamet.

‘Chad Powers’, starring Glen Powell, will premiere its second season on September 3, 2026. The series, based on an ESPN segment, follows the character Russ Holliday as he maintains a complex identity on the football field. The new season will consist of six episodes and will be available on Hulu in the United States and on Disney+ internationally.
