Disney reportedly cancels live-action Prince Charming movie

Disney has reportedly cancelled the development of its live-action Prince Charming movie, which was expected to star Daisy Edgar-Jones in the female lead. Previous reports had also linked Chris Hemsworth to the titular role.

Director Paul King is reportedly shifting his focus to a Fred Astaire project starring Tom Holland. Consequently, Disney is said to be pivoting its focus toward a new project centered on the character Gaston, with actor Glen Powell being considered for the role.
