Disney+ reveals first look at “The Real Rooneys” documentary

Disney+ has released a teaser trailer and key art for the upcoming 10-part documentary series, “The Real Rooneys.” The series provides unprecedented access to the lives of Coleen and Wayne Rooney during a transformative year.

The documentary follows Wayne Rooney as he transitions away from football management and Coleen Rooney as she expands her career, including the launch of a Primark clothing range. The family, including their four sons, is depicted navigating personal revelations, career milestones, and family holidays ranging from Cheshire to Barbados and the Alps.

The first eight episodes are scheduled to premiere on September 24, with the final two special episodes arriving on October 1.
