Disney reveals new details for Monsters, Inc. land at Hollywood Studios

Disney has released new concept art providing a closer look at the upcoming Monsters, Inc. themed land, Monstropolis, scheduled to debut at Disney’s Hollywood Studios in 2027.

The preview highlights details of The Glob Theater, a key feature within the expansion. New imagery shows the theater’s exterior, which includes a large marquee reading “Welcome to Monstropolis” and advertising “A Scarefree Theatrical Extravaganza.” The design incorporates movie posters featuring characters Mike Wazowski and Sulley, aiming to replicate the humor of the original 2001 film by reimagining human concepts through a monster-centric lens.
