Users reported login failures, error messages such as “code 9” and “error 1026”, and an inability to access their accounts. Downdetector recorded more than 19,000 complaints by 20:40 BRT, with roughly 47 % of reports linked to login issues and 36 % to general app problems. Similar spikes were noted on monitoring sites in the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom, though some tools (e.g., UptimeRobot) still showed the domain as reachable, indicating that the outage may have affected specific functions rather than the entire site.
