Disney+ Sets August 5 Debut for Final Season of Wizards of Waverly Place

Disney+ released the official trailer for the concluding season of the sitcom *Wizards of Waverly Place*. The season will comprise four episodes and is scheduled to premiere on the streaming platform on August 5.

Selena Gomez returns as Alex Russo and makes her directorial debut with the first episode, while the core cast—including Harper Finkle (Jennifer Stone) and Mason Greyback (Gregg Sulkin)—rejoin the series. The storyline follows Billie, who must reunite her family’s powers to rescue her mother and locate her missing father.

Additional returning actors include David Henrie as Justin Russo and new guest Brandon Michael Hall as Damien Penwulf, Billie's father.
