Disney Store announces Japan pop-up tour and new merchandise collections

Disney Store is launching several new retail initiatives in Japan. The “Disney store. jp Japan Tour” pop-up event will be held at Terrace Mall Shonan from October 16 to November 15, 2026. This venue serves as the first stop in a nine-city tour and will feature exclusive items, including Shonan-themed merchandise such as tote bags, keychains, and stickers featuring Mickey Mouse. The event will also include a digital stamp rally and interactive activities for visitors.

Additionally, Walt Disney Japan is releasing a new collection to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the film “Monsters, Inc.” The collection includes plush toys of characters like Sulley and Mike, fashion items, stationery, and accessories. Pre-sales will begin on October 20, 2021, at select Disney Flagship stores in Tokyo and through the official online store, followed by a wider release at Disney Store locations on October 23.
