Disney Store to open at Amu Plaza Kagoshima on November 19

Walt Disney Japan will host the grand opening of a new Disney Store at Amu Plaza Kagoshima on November 19. The store features a concept design of a magical castle standing amidst a sea of clouds, inspired by Mickey Mouse appearing as a sorcerer's apprentice.

The shop will offer approximately 1,100 items, including lifestyle goods, apparel, and confectionery. Special regional merchandise will be available, such as Mickey Mouse plush keychains wearing kimonos with the character 'Mi' and holding a Satsuma Inu, and Minnie Mouse keychains in kimonos featuring the Miyama Kirishima flower and holding black pork.

To celebrate the opening, the store will run a campaign offering limited-edition tote bags for purchases over 5,000 yen and a five-fold Disney Store Club point promotion from November 19 to November 21. Customers planning to visit on the opening day are required to make a reservation via the Disney Store Club app.
