Disney World is highlighting various s'mores offerings to mark the end of the summer season. At The Ganachery in Disney Springs, guests can order handcrafted artisanal s'mores made to order. The process involves toasting marshmallows to a golden finish, which are then layered with caramel and signature in-house chocolates inside a graham cracker. The treats are finished with a pinch of sea salt and a powdered sugar Mickey Mouse design.

Staff at The Ganachery, including experienced chocolatiers, utilize an open window concept to allow guests to watch the preparation process directly.
