Disney World Rolls Out AI Planning Tool as 2027 Vacation Costs Near $10,000
Walt Disney World announced that its AI Overview feature is moving into public testing on DisneyWorld.com. The conversational tool will answer guests’ questions about park reservations, resort availability, Lightning Lane options, dining windows and real‑time attraction wait times, potentially reducing the need for independent Disney‑focused travel agents.
In a separate forecast, Disney projected that a family vacation in 2027 could cost up to $10,000. Hotel rates are expected to range from about $219 per night at value resorts to over $1,000 per night at deluxe properties, with total expenses rising as guests add airfare, meals, souvenirs and Lightning Lane upgrades.
