Disney Worldbuilders documentary to premiere on Disney+

The documentary ‘Disney Worldbuilders’, directed by Leslie Iwerks, is set to premiere on Disney+ on August 20. The film provides a behind-the-scenes look at the creative processes used to develop Disney’s film franchises and theme park attractions.

During a panel at the D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event, Disney executives and creators discussed how the documentary explores the transition of stories from the screen into immersive physical environments. Featured contributors include Pete Docter, Jon Favreau, Kevin Feige, and Jennifer Lee.
