Disney World's The Diamond Horseshoe to reopen October 4

Walt Disney World has announced that The Diamond Horseshoe in Magic Kingdom’s Liberty Square will officially reopen on October 4, 2026. The restaurant has been without traditional table-service dining since May 16, 2026, when the space was temporarily converted into Jessie’s Roundup for the Cool Kids’ Summer event.

Upon its return, the restaurant will feature a significantly updated dining experience. The new menu will focus on small plates, shareable dishes, and specialty cocktails. Featured food items include charcuterie with cured beef and smoked pork, glazed sticky ribs with cowboy beans, and queso fundido.

Dining reservations will become available through the My Disney Experience app on September 29 at 8 p.m. ET. While Disney will accept walk-up guests, the early reservation window is recommended for those wishing to visit during the initial reopening period.
