Disneyland Park reopens refreshed Newsstand kiosk

The Newsstand merchandise kiosk at the entrance of Disneyland Park has reopened following several weeks of unannounced construction. The kiosk, located on the left side of the entrance gate in the Main Street, U.S.A. area, had been obscured by scaffolding and construction walls since at least August 18.

Refurbishment efforts included the installation of a new roof, a fresh coat of paint, and the addition of protective corner guards along the wooden counter. These guards are intended to improve safety for guests, particularly young children, by reducing the risk of injury from sharp edges. While the kiosk has been refreshed, its overall appearance remains largely unchanged. The Newsstand continues to sell essential items such as Mickey and Minnie Mouse ears, Disney Pin Trading lanyards, bubble wands, and plush toys.
