Disneyland Resort announces transportation and parking changes
Disneyland Resort is implementing changes to guest transportation and parking due to ongoing construction as part of the DisneylandForward expansion.
Starting November 2, Good Neighbor and third-party hotel shuttle buses will move from their current stop at the South Harbor Boulevard entrance to a new location on the west side of Downtown Drive, near the Disneyland Hotel valet loop. This change is necessitated by construction on the eastern side of the Esplanade, where ticket booths were recently demolished to make way for a pedestrian bridge.
The project will eventually connect to a new parking and transportation hub. Once completed, this hub is expected to provide approximately 6,000 parking spaces, over 300 electric vehicle charging stations, a security office, and a dedicated zone for rideshares and shuttles. This expansion aims to accommodate increased traffic from upcoming developments, including a reimagined Tomorrowland and new attractions based on Coco and Avatar.
