Disneyland reveals refreshed Plaza Inn exterior on Main Street, U.S.A

Disneyland Resort has unveiled a refreshed exterior for the Plaza Inn, a dining destination located on Main Street, U.S.A. Following several months of construction concealed by a beige scrim, the building's facade has been repainted in a vibrant cream color, and a previously fallen tree near the restaurant has been replaced.

This exterior update coincides with a scheduled pause for the restaurant's "Minnie & Friends – Breakfast in the Park" character dining experience. While lunch and dinner services will continue without interruption, the breakfast character dining is set to pause on August 17, 2026. The experience is expected to return in late September, though Disneyland Resort has not provided a specific reopening date or an explanation for the hiatus.
