Disneyland's Main Street Cinema reopens with Mickey Mouse lineup

The Main Street Cinema at Disneyland Park has officially reopened following a multi-week closure that coincided with the conclusion of the Disneyland Resort 70th anniversary celebrations.

During the anniversary festivities, the theater featured a tribute to the Sherman Brothers, titled ‘So Much That We Share’, honoring the songwriting duo Robert and Richard Sherman. Following the end of the milestone programming, the venue has transitioned to a new lineup dedicated to Mickey Mouse.

The six-screen theater is now exclusively screening shorts from the 2013 Mickey Mouse television series. New signage and banners around the historic venue feature Mickey Mouse illustrations and promotional text such as ‘Now Showing Mickey Mouse – Star of the Silver Screen’ and ‘It Was All Started By A Mouse’.
