Disney's Riviera Resort announces scheduled fire alarm testing

Disney has issued a notice to guests at the Riviera Resort regarding scheduled fire alarm testing on Monday, October 12, 2026. The testing is slated to take place between 1:00 pm and 3:30 pm.

During this window, guests may experience loud ringing tones and strobe light testing. While the notice indicates that guests are permitted to remain in the building, it is suggested that those sensitive to noise may wish to make alternative plans during the 2.5-hour period. Disney has advised guests to contact Front Desk Cast Members if they require assistance or have further questions.
