Disney's Riviera Resort reaches 95% capacity in vacation club sales
Disney's Riviera Resort is approaching the end of its primary sales cycle for Disney Vacation Club points, with reports indicating the property is 95% sold out. According to promotional messaging from Disney Vacation Club, approximately 378,500 points remain from the resort's original inventory of roughly 6.74 million points.
Reaching this milestone marks the conclusion of the resort's primary inventory sales phase. While a sellout does not affect existing owners or hotel operations, it may change how Disney markets and prices additional ownership interests. Prospective buyers face a shrinking window to purchase points directly from Disney, leading to speculation regarding potential future price increases.
Opened in December 2019, the Riviera Resort features European-inspired accommodations and provides access to the Disney Skyliner transportation network near EPCOT and Disney's Hollywood Studios.
