Distrigaz Sud Reţele cuts gas supply to 190 Bucharest households

On 3 July 2026 at 20:39, Distrigaz Sud Reţele temporarily halted natural‑gas delivery to a common‑use installation serving 190 residential customers on Şoseaua Industriilor nr. 2V, block 2, staircase A, in Sector 3 of Bucharest. The interruption followed an incident at the building’s internal gas line, prompting the company to secure the area and stop supply until an authorized ANRE‑approved firm repairs the defect.

Distrigaz noted that the common‑use installation is owned by the customers and not its responsibility. After the repairs, gas service will be restored, and customers are advised to ventilate any area where they detect gas odor, avoid sparks, and contact the emergency gas call centre if needed.
